Terms of Use
Right of Withdrawal
Any individual customer acting in a non-professional capacity has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of signing.
Orders (for any in-person or online service) are non-refundable unless the customer has validly exercised their right of withdrawal. However, any costs incurred by these orders (VISA fees, online ticketing, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Once the access link to an online workshop or accompanying videos has been sent via email, the right of withdrawal can no longer be invoked, and tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Cancellation and Absence
If a cancellation occurs beyond the withdrawal period or after the event (in-person or online), or in the case of absence, the order amount remains payable to Pilotme.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to attend an online webinar via the Zoom platform or to view an online video via Vimeo.
Pilotme reserves the right to accept or refuse an exchange for participation in a similar event on another date, subject to availability, and upon prior payment of administrative fees amounting to 15% of the initial order amount (excluding VAT). These fees will not apply in cases of force majeure justified by a medical certificate, a police report, or an accident report.
Under no circumstances can the customer invoke commercial, financial, operational, technical, or family constraints as cases of force majeure.
Date or Location Modification
Pilotme reserves the right to modify the date or location of an event:
-
The customer will be offered the choice between attending the event on the new date or receiving a full refund for the postponed event.
-
If the new location is more than 50 kilometers away from the initially announced venue, the customer will have the option to attend another edition of the same event or receive a full refund for the relocated event.
Image Rights
Pilotme holds the intellectual property rights over all its training sessions, conferences, workshops, and forums. No copies of the content or images from the training sessions may be distributed.
Unless explicitly prohibited by the customer, they agree that Pilotme may use all images (photos and videos), including those in which the customer appears, for training, communication, and advertising purposes.
Liability
Pilotme declines all responsibility in the event of an accident during training sessions, conferences, workshops, or forums that may cause bodily injury or material damage. It cannot be held liable for any loss of any kind during or after its events.
Any related disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, which will apply Belgian law.
